My site has PR 0. How can i increase it ? The SEO professionals talk about getting backlinks. how could i get them and increase my site PR and thus the traffic.

Hi,
For Increase site PR & traffic :-
Get links from sites that offer quality content and the sites that rank high in their index.
Try to get more backlinks as many as possible but concentrate on relevancy.
For Backlink :- Do free directory submission.
Article submissions.
Try to get more relevant backlinks.
Also to get high SERP, it is important to concentrate on your keywords.
Use targeted keyword in your content.
