Hi bradymills,
It sounds like you offer a great service and I wish I could take advantage of it but unfortunately I'm just a charity co-ordinator ( means I work long hours for very little money
charities do not pay high salaries but it does afford me the luxury of raising my girls at home..single dad )...been involved with charities for 30 years...and starting my own soon...we're just waiting for approval, we're 4th on a stack.

as mentioned I'm part of the infrastructure called/refered to as the working poor.
Free tips, elbow greese, and generous help is all we got to go on
