Can anyone please suggest me any site to check the PR of 1000 websites in one go.

I really don't think so that there is any such link i can offer. For 1000 sites it's quite difficult to find.

Use Google tool bar and you can check PR for as many websites as you want.

There is no such tool to check page rank of 1000 sites at a time. Please use the google tool bar and you can check PR for many sites one by one.

You'ld probably be better off looking for a desktop application that works just like the browser toolbar, but accepts a list of URLs.

I'm sure there's a website out there that can do it, but it's definitely not going to be public, at least for long. Allowing anonymous bulk requests like that are a surefire way to get your own tool blocked.
