Choosing affiliate program

Being an affiliate program, it is our prime interest to know what affiliates really want when they join one or another.
Can you name what is most important for you? What is on first place? Commission rate? Payment schedule? Credibility of the program? Conversion rate? Promoted brand?

Commission rates should be competitive, Good support, Payments on time, Datefeed options and many other linking options, Your site should be well designed as it cost money to get vistiors to a merchants site only for them to leave thinking that the site they are about to purchase from is a fraud, etc.
