What is cloaking?

The act of showing one web page to a search engine spider and another web page to a human visitor is known as cloaking.

Cloaking is the black-hat practice and it is prohibited by the search engines because all three major search engines consider cloaking to be a violation of their guidelines. Search engines will removed/banned all websites that use cloaking. So, keep your site away from cloaking and don't put it on risk by using shady seo technique like cloaking.

according tom me cloaking is a black hat search engine optimization (SEO) technique in which the content presented to the search engine spider is different from that presented to the users' browser.
