Hi,
I think Search Engine Optimization (SEO) purposes, hyperlinks are good because they are valuable to website visitors looking for content on a particular subject, Hyper linking is very important specially using keywords in anchor text because it helps keywords relevancy that can help your site improved in SERP.

seo is technique used for optimization for your site and under this are the the basic on off page.

having a hyper link in your keywords helps the site for promotion, back links and traffic. this done on the on-page factors in SEO.

SEO is a process of modifying a site in order to achieve top rankings on Search Engine Results Pages(SERPs).

While Hyper linking is one of the processes involved in doing site optimization.
