the software looks good ,

they are #3 on search engine optimization software on google so i guess they are doing it right.

Did somebody use and got results?

Ive never tried it - but do not go on the search term as an indication as to whether its good or not - its a 4 word phrase out of 2,450,000

Exactly, do not always choose a company because of their positioning in the search engines. Look at current clients, or in your case, current software users' rankings.

Do a search on the site/company and see if their are any negative remarks about them.

Or just ask on forums...like Ozzu!
