I have still this question?

Can anyone tell for sure that submission to many directory have increased web SERP ??? or web Rank?? or both???

In few words... the directory market is real ? Any example to quote?

Submit your site to well maintained directories. Directory submissions can be very effective, as long you use the right directories, use the right information to submit.

I've had this conspiracy theory in the back of my mind for ages that 90% of directories are link farms that only exist to build page rank which is eventually channeled only to sites the directory owner operates or has a vested interest in.
