Does anybody know where to find popular search terms

Does anybody know where to find a list of the most popular search terms for a keyword. I know that overture has a tool on their site but is there another tool somewhere else. I wanted to see if I could cross examine the results to see how valid they were.

Google Adwords also has a search term suggestion tool:
