Does bookmarking your own pages on del.icio.us help?

I noticed that Google Analytics shows that there are external links to my pages in people del.icio.us bookmark.

So I'm wonder, what if I bookmark my pages in my own public del.icio.us bookmarks? Does that help in getting more visitor to my pages or page rank?

I think that del.icio.us will help with traffic.
