Domain NAme not showing

Ok so I had this free web hosting account. Submitted to the search engines etc and it got listed on google. So I then bought some hosting from the free hosting provider which included DNS. Google has been back (I know as the title in my listing has been changed). However, the old freehosts name is still visible at the bottom of the listing (the actual domain name is at the top, followed by the description.

Does anyone know why?
