I dnt think so there would be such thing, if you want traffic you want to be good to your contents and this is the only way to get more traffic there is no shortcut for this....

If it's free traffic, for sure it won't be a quality one and it would just probably add up to the bounce rate.

I have never heard/experienced about that kind of traffic increasing source.

Nothing is free.
If you want traffic then Try to create your profile in some community site such as facebook, myspace twitter, linkedin, mixx etc.
