To get high SERP, it is important to use targeted keywords. While selecting keywords do a proper research. Think according to users which keyword they may use. This will help you in selecting targeted keywords. Use those keywords in your content. All these points will help you in getting high SERP.

You can create a high ranking flash website in Google through many links and also by creating two index pages. One for flash users and the other, an HTML file.

Use a lot of content and go for many backlinks.

Make sure you also add a lot of text in your flash as google can read some of the flash text.
