How does Exit Counter affect PR?

I tried to find the answer, but couldn't...I see that this site has an exit counter for all the links and signatures...

does the exit counter void any potential PR?

Does google see the links the same with and without the exit counter?

The exit counter on this forum is designed to block google following any outgoing links.
