Hey i saw that list and tried to submit my sites into them but found many asking for Reciprocal linking....

Good and unique content for the visitors to get useful information from it is the best way to get visitors to a good extent...if the visitors find your site useful then will keep visiting the other time too....so try it out..and also get backlinks to your site as much as you can with good PR too....
