How long does it take to change page rank?

Ok, I have been working on on optimizing my site for a little over a week now, and am getting more links every day, so I feel pretty good that it is going to be moving up there. But my question is, how long does that take?

I already have links established to some PR7 & PR6 sites, how long does it take before that lonely little zero starts moving up?

I read somewhere that Google only refreshed page rank like once every three months?

I believe its calculated every 2-3 months. So like me I have a PR0 I have to wait until like June to find out if the work I have been doing will pay off and raise my PR. So only time will tell.

It will 2-3 months initially. But try to get links from high PR sites so that it will boost your ranking quickly. Getting links from high PR sites increases the PR of a site. You will see the result definitely.

yeah it take approximately 3 months ... no one knows about it exactly.

But keep on building links to your site ..i mean quality links which would boost your links and will also help for getting higher PR next time.

Yep, they usually export toolbar pagerank about every 3 months or so. The last one was at the end of April, so the next one should be coming up soon.

If there are any links to your site you already do have pagerank, as it is constantly computed, and changing. It's just the toolbar PR value that gets exported every 3 months, which is a somewhat outdated snapshot of your PR at a given point in time.

Just hang in there, your new page should have visible (toolbar) PR very soon.

Google updates the PR approximately every 3 months

it takes not less than 2 months ... so untill then keep building links

it can take less it depends on when is the next update...but pr is crazy now days sometimes it makes no sense at all. I have my home page pr-4 and then some inside pages without any links pointing to them (only one) or real content inside the side with pr-5.

It will take 2-3 months to get you website a page rank. As Google crawler works in 3 months due to spamming.

Yah 2-3 months.. The last update was in last May..
But I don't know why until now there is no update to think its been 4months since the last update

Google calculates PR continuously, so they always have updated data of your site.
But they only update the PR bar every 3+ month.

Not quite, but I think now it is 3 to 4 months before google updates PR!
