How To Optimize a Forum?

Hello

I run a webmaster related forum ,and it has a PR5 currently. I wanted to know how i can make that PR5 give me some good rankings.. and how i can optimize the forums in order to bring out some good rankings..


How do i go about this?

Funny i had SeoGuy from seo-guy.com contact me already with these silly acusations and threats..Pretty unprofessional if you ask me

Actually as seo-guy is a business name I think he'd have a very good case.
