Is there one?

A tool that shows the number of image searches per day / month for a particular keyword?

Or are there any search-engine-optimisation-for-image tools that people know of?

I get almost as much traffic from images.google.com as I do from google.com itself. SEOing for image searches seems way easier than for regular searches, I just need to know what images people are searching for......

I've found that referrals from images.google.com don't result in a single sale or click on a banner advertisement. They're coming for the images, they see them, and either steal them or close out their browser.

I've banned Google's image search from even seeing any of my sites.

I've found image search traffic to be quite important - is there really no such tool anyone knows off?

Hi Axe,
If you're selling a service the refferals from images.google.com but for some products the quality can be there - still a niche though.

No image search kw tool as far as I'm aware - only overall stats are coming from Hitwise:

"Statistics from Hitwise show it to achieve 90% growth year after year, with over 360,000 searches per month across the top search engines: Google, Yahoo!, Ask, MSN, and AOL."

Cheers,
Johann
