Yes.. you can link up the internal pages from the home page if its have pr and also get some good back links for the internal pages.

try doing the same as suggested above. i too have a site with PR 5 and proper inter linking and building links to those inner pages brought PR 3 to those

The internal pages PR can get boosted either by adding some links to them from the main pages, like homepage which is having a higher PR or by directly adding backlinks to them from other resources.

Inter linking within your site can help you to increase your internal pages..But careful on using this, don't overdo it because when Google find out it can tag your site using Black Hat..

Try to find some valuable PR,there is no need to use it crazy and hope it can quickly increase internet page ranking.I think this is what Blackeyes want to say.

Interlink your pages using your important anchor text and then can you increase your internal pages rank.

having a sitemap linked to the main page helps a lot
