no index - no follow?

I am starting to sell for a jewelry company and they offer representative web sites through the company. I did a search tonight and 1 consultant/representative's website comes up in Google despite the no index/no follow code. Any idea how she accomplished that? Her URL is http://mysilpada.com/sites/alice.cox/.

I was looking at this again and the strange thing is that when this result is displayed in google search for - silpada jewelry - the "title" that shows in the results says "silpada jewelry" all lower case. But when you click on it and go to her page displayed above the browser window says "Alice Cox Silpada Designs Independent Designs Representative"

I've never seen those not match. Any ideas how that's done?

Just a guess. If you do this search: alice.cox silpada you will find one result and you will see that it is a different link than what you posted:

http://mysilpada.com/alice.cox/
vs.
http://mysilpada.com/sites/alice.cox/

My guess is if you found the source to http://mysilpada.com/alice.cox/ you'd find a metarefresh and there is no meta noindex,nofollow on that page.
