Link exchange script

anyone know of a good/free link exchange script..something that allows the members to provide email/recip link page/site info..and auto check the recip. link to make sure mine is placed accordingly..I would also like it to add their link automatically but allow me to limit the amount of links per page...I know thats asking alot for a free script, but maybe someone knows of one?

I tried the one above, and serious problems with the admin section, for no reason I could find. Therefore I tried a different one, with a lot of success.
