I am very new at this and dont have any websites with a very high PR. I am looking for someone to be generous enough to give a link exchange to me to try and get my new site crawled asap. I would greatly appreciate it and will be very favorable towards your links in the future as my PR's get high on all of my sites. There are numerous directories you can submit to and its an excellent way to build up your backlinks and get a descent PR. Trading links with people are good too, but you really should get in those major directories and any other directory you can find that is related to your topic.
