Mature (not porn) banner exchange

I have a website that has some questionable material on it. Not porn by any means but still some stuff that maybe people wouldnt want their 11 year old looking at. I was wondering if anyone knows of a banner exchange that I can list my site in, it seems they are all rejecting me because of some of the material on my site.

I'm not aware of any banner exchanges that allow for adult content, but I'm sure they're out there. If you have any interest in PPC advertising, you may want to check out Allfeeds.com - I've had good results with their programs as an affiliate publisher, and they allow for adult content, as well. You can click the link in my signature if you'd like more information.

By the way, I took a look at your site, and I think it's a hoot.
