Lets think here.
This is microsoft.

Ok - so how many times a day do we think google is going to visit this site? I'm guessing a lot. This directory is deffinately worth its value.

I've yet to meet anybody who can arguably quiestion its value.

I have one or two sites in their directory just because their categories had a decent pagerank. Most categories on MSN have pretty low Pagerank so you just need to see where you want to be listed and ask yourself if it is cost effective.

i agree. some categories are not worth the money in terms of PR. as for traffic, some categories are not generating much traffic as well.

depending on page and your site industry, as I was advised before...
you have to see for yourself. or try for your site.
