I'm creating a site that will have a lot of dynamic content.

should i create this site using query strings aand then convert it using mod_rewrite?

I must have some advantage here being that im starting from scratch..??
no?

How do i start this properly?

I would suggest it too. Mod-rewrite makes your site a lot more Search Engine friendly.
