I'm moving a site and pages will have different names - -what do I need to do not to loose google traffic?
how can i search for a list of pages? and do I need a 301 redirect to the new page?

Yes, you need to maintain a mapping of old-to-new and send 301 redirects pointing all requests for the old addresses to the new addresses.

How you will do this depends entirely on your current and future setups.
