Non PHP Directory

Am almost finished with a unigue web Directory....
http://www.theaets.org/ It is a web Directory of Quality resources.
It has a custom design, and I tried to differentiate it as much as possible from many of the standard PHP directories out there and make the links
as SEO friendly as possible. There is a small charge to get listed but this will allow the directory to have a smaller index and thus pass on more PR
and traffic. What do you guys think of Non-Php Directories? Thanks
