New to web building. I will be building a website for an art gallery. In the future i will be selling other items that are completly different. Money is of course a major concern. My question is how do i plan for other items. Will i need seperate web sites, can they be combined. Can i have a home page that is never accessed, with everything going directly to one of the 2 businesses. Any help or suggestions to get me on correct path is appreciated.
Thanks, stan

Best to keep them separate if they are not related (different niches).

You could have a 3rd web site that describes your company and what you do -- ie: a description of each of your web properties.

I would focus on the art gallery site for now and not even think about the second site. Then down the road, setup the second website using a second domain and work on that.
Strong with this one, the sudo is.

agreed...you're going to do a better job if you're only focused on project at a time.
