How can they enforce this patent ?

At which point do search engine friendly urls quit being an implementation of mod_rewrite & start infringing on this patent ?

If an SQL query is performed once the mod_rewrite is done, is that considered a "search" ?

Structured Query Language, a "query" is a "search" isn't it ?
