Question about Digg and Stumble?

So how helpful is it to use Digg and Stumble when it comes
to SEO? I have heard of it and also read on many forums
talking about using it for SEO purposes, but never used it.
So what are your views on it?

Digg and Stumbleupon, the most helpful social bookmarking sites I know as well as they can use for networking. Adding friends that have relevance to your site as well as a chance to dug up your story or article in Digg.
