yes. There's no problem in posting the same title, desc., and keywords to different directories. But dont post the same article/blog/or-what-ever-it-is to the same directory again and again...

I would recommend using slightly different titles, but most directories make you use the offical name of your site/company anyway.

I think one should use different title and keywords it will make all your keywords important.
