I'm new to the topic, my site has only a month, I would like to know how to win positions in alexa, and if this upload my position.

Why do you care about scoring high in Alexa rankings? How does that impact your business' bottom line in any way?

I guess OP is planning to sell some ad space on his website. May be due to that reason he is trying to rank well in Alexa.

I agree that Alexa doesn't mean much at all unless you are trying to pitch to someone how great your site is, like for advertisement or something similar. Otherwise, you shouldn't worry about it at all.

Ranking in Alexa is not permanent it has to be maintained and maintaining it is a big headache if you are still in to it try hiring a SEO Expert who provide Alexa ranking facility or else leave it as it is and try for traffic.

Alexa rank have no effect in SEO, it relates to traffic from users installed Alexa toobar.
