SEO is a many headed beast and its not going to be easy because your site appears to be a bit of a link-farm with no original content. Just tons and tons of links to other websites and not a lot else :( (sorry to be blunt)

You could start with a few meta tags, alt tags and title tags where appropriate, then try submitting it to web directories (although they may bounce it).

yes about what prime stated. you should start on Onpage optimzation, such as content, text, tags, links and other elements.

Like what potchie said start on on=page optimization. Then go to off-page optimization, making your site popular through link building.

If you are after traffic I suggest you to do socialbookmarking but it more good if your traffic came from SEs(organic traffic)

Right, off-page optimization is less effective if you did not optimize your on-page.
