I have learnt (barely) how to use CSS instead of frames to boost my SEO. Is what I have done actually been beneficial, or can I improve it some how:

Hey

There seems to be alot of overlay. Thought is was because I use Firefox but even explorer. Move the adwords to the bottom rather.

yea your site has stuff all over the place man its reall out there.

id lowercase the font in the title

you can have 1 to 3 keywords in your title.

As everyone has said you need to sort that design error out.

Then get yourself a ton of backlinks with optimized anchor text to kick start your seo campaign.
