Should I accept link exchange?

Hi, I have received a request today about a link exchange. My question is, should I accept this? Yes, I would have someone linking to my site, but I have an outgoing link as well. Additionally, I don't think this other website contributes to the content of my own site.

Excepting Link Exchange is helpful when the link you are exchanging has the page rank more than your website or it has business which is complimentary to your business but if you think the link you are exchanging is not contributing to your website then you should reject the offer.

What are the two sites subject matters ?

You might not think they're related, but that doesn't mean nobody else does.

I read that if you have many links on your website versus others site this is not good! specially if the rank of the other is very law or a different topics....

You can accept link trades with content related sites

if u find thatthe proporsal u having send in mail is looking good and content wise and its benifical for link exchnge then u definetly accept the link exchange proprsal
