Every sitemap is useful. When you create sitemap in your site then it helps improved spidering. Use google sitemap.

Hi, you can create an SEO friendly sitemap by making it an static page, the links should be simple, HTML links. Also create a great internal navigation system, make a link from all your pages to sitemap. Putting links at the higher parts of the sitemap page is recommended as well.
