Which is better for SEO: text links or graphical links?

text links. because some graphical links are slow in loading or do not load properly. just consider the Internet users, most of them use dial up when connecting to the Internet.
and another thing is that when you use text links, your keyword is already on the anchor so it would be a plus point.

Images loading slowly is more an issue for usability, not seo (unless it really is a huge file!). Although the alt text of an image works similarly to anchor text in text links, I believe that anchor text carries more weight than alt text.

Text links! BUt.. if you use graphic links, add alt tags so they can be picked up by SEs.
