I'm assuming he's referring to including text that humans can see and the bots can't or vice versa. For example, using white text on a white background to stuff your page with keywords.

ok so basically I shouldn't have keywords as the same colours as the background... ok cool. never thought of it but saying that, then i should add more text to the home page and use many of my keywords. plus also add the keywords in the H1,H2 etc... should the H1, H2 be the same as the normal site title or should i change it?

thanks heaps for your everyone i really appreciate it.

You should only have one H1 on your page theoretically, as it indicates the title. If you have more than H1, you have too much content on one page and are hampering your key words and content.

H1, H2, etc should not be the same size as regular text - I believe that would count as something frowned upon. As long as it stands out you're golden.

Use only one tag. use one teg from h1,h2,h3 coz they are different size and form my opinion always use h1 tag it's the best for using heading.

I think your onpage is good, yet getting to be better on seo one must learn the diff. on and off page...

on page is done good, yet you must keep on eye on your keywords...

use the off page techniques for massive link building like:

Forum (signature)
social bookmarks submission
classified ads...

hey zero_digit, when you say on and off page what exactly do you mean?

neksus do you think it would be worth while me putting in h1, h2 etc or should i just stick to the way ive got the title now? coz if you see http://www.swiftproductions.com.au/index2.html you can see where the h1,h2,h3 tags go. plus i also read some where that its not worth entering more than h1.h2.h3 tags since more than 3 is usless, do you know if thats true?

Use this tool and have another look at your site.

It looks like you have a bit more work to do.

Hope this helps.

their are two types of optimization:

on page

off page

on page
this is where little of coding is done like the meta tags,h1 and images :
meta keywords
meta description
alt
h1
you must optimize your page first.

off page/link building
this is where the submission of different type of sites like:
social bookmarkings
forum posting
directory and blog promotion
classified ads

this are only the basic needed to fully understand the seo techniques..
