See that period to the left of the CQ Counter? That's a link to my "hits" page, it containes the entire english language including slangs, as well as one other language methinks. It redirects to my website :P I have that link there so that search enginges can crawl it. Is it noticeable? And is there a way to make it smaller? :P

Well you can just set the color to black so you can't see it at all.

you could make it smaller or change the font color to match the background. but i positive that isn't going to improve your rankings.

I wouldnt reccomend changing the colour to the same as the backgound. Do it at your own risk or being banned.

Infact I cannot see the point of it at all, how are you expecting this to help you?
