New key words, descriptions, looks totally different, will it be re-indexed or do I have resubmit all over again?

The only thing that didn't change is the domain name.

Unless i'm seeing something different to you he's asking if his site will be reindexed..... Why does that belong in website review forum??

In answer to the original question, if your site was indexed by the search spiders before you made the changes, they will pick up the changes in their own time when they re-crawl your site.

I wouldn't resubmit, they may see it as Spam and it would probably be quicker to wait for the crawlers.
