Trying to get stats on keywords and search terms

Hello, I was just wondering does anyone know where I can find statistics on what search terms people use.

I have been trying to make sure our keywords are in place for the launch of our new careers website.I really just want stats on what people search under. I have been trying to use inventory.overture.com. But it never bloody loads the page . Google trends is ok, but it doesn't give you exact figures.

Being able to compare how often different terms are used would be very helpful.

If anyone knows anywhere I can use, that would be great.
