Hi,

I'm finishing a site on the topic of Belize - as a holiday destination. I'm now looking at getting backlinks to the site: Should I mix up the anchor text in the links or keep it the exact same every time? Is there any established thinking on this? I'm a newbie.

I would also like to chance my arm and ask if it matters whether the link is to the full url or just the http://www.domain.com?

Thanks in advance

It's best to vary the anchor text. It makes the link building look more organic.

As for your second question, As long as you pick either the www. version or non www. version and stick to it it shouldn't make a difference.

Remember;
http://www.domain.com
domain.com
http://www.domain.com/index.php and
domain.com/index.php
Are all seen as different sites and pages to google, So pick one and stick to it.
