I want to link exchange w/ any sites to improve my SE ranking. I am on some engines but not google and I am sick of paying for adwords. My sites are

I'm not sure that you'll find good link exchange partners.

You should start with registering your websites to directories, buying links, and when you get at least PR3-4 you may try looking for link exchanges.
