We're currently specing out a site search engine for a client, and it's currently down to 2 options, both of which cost about the same, but I wanted to get people's opinions on which would be better...

The first option is a Google Mini - everyone knows google and how powerful it is in terms of results from the web, but what's it like on a single site basis?

The second option is a well known powerful site search application - Verity Ultraseek - which doesn't do web searches but does do an incredibly powerful site search.

I'm as of yet undecided which I should use recommend to the client, as they both have very strong cases, anyone got any experience of either that they could share?
