I don't have any direct experience with WebPosition Gold, but for what it's worth, I've heard good things about it.

I use it monthly. If your a beginner it can help you out, but it's not going to get you to the top of the engines. You are going to have to do that...reading and research.

I only use it for reporting. Great tool for that side of things.
