I want a service like WebTrend.
Maybe WebTrend is the only service in the world that's available.

I want a sophistigated web traffic analyzer service that will watch multiple number of websites at a flat fee.

Right now I'm using WebSTAT.
With 12 clients' websites.. that's a lot of money.

Is WebTrend the only option? or are there any other alternatives?
Thank you very much.

Urchin is a very good product that we use. We replaced WebTrends with it.

I tried to install WebTrend 7.0.1 (not sure about the version # but close enough).
And it was extremely difficult to install... it was not a simple job to do.
I gave up on installation because I have other work to do.

Is Urchin difficult to install just like WebTrend?
I'm going to check it out right now... but any input will be appreciated

I would assume its not difficult since Google owns Urchin now.

I would also assume that User #2 isn't using a valid copy of Webtrends otherwise he/she wouldn't have given up on the install so quickly considering the pricing for Webtrends starts at $895 and can exceed $10,000. (except for the possibility of a trial version. - in any case the program is easy to install - in which case my apology for the assumption)

I can't believe you just "gave up" on the install User #2. If you spent the minimum dollar amount for the real program, I don't know about you, but I'd be all over NetIQ's royal behind until they helped me fix it. And I have had to do that, because of problems on my end, and their support has been excellent.
