Hi friends,

Inbound Link:

An inbound link is a hyperlink transiting domains. Links are inbound from the perspective of the link target, and conversely, outbound from the perspective of the originator.

Outbound Link:

Since PageRank is based on the linking structure of the whole web, it is inescapable that if the inbound links of a page influence its PageRank, its outbound links do also have some impact.

1. Inbound links, those pointing to a site, affect ranking differently than those that leave it. Whereas Outbound link is a link to a site outside of your site.

2. Inbound links are one way to increase a site's total PageRank whereas Outbound links are a drain on a site's total PageRank.
