I have create one article and submit it on Blogs.

Then i also do submissions of RSS feed. Through this can effect on my ranking of site. Can increase my PR or position on site.

Yes ofcourse it really works for increasing your current site PR and also get more visitors to your site.

You can also see your Alexa is also increasing.

Search "rss directory" in Google and you will get the whole directories list...and that too more than 250 list in it.
