Your opinions about Banner Exchange

Hi All!

I would like to know your opinion about banner exchange programs. Have you used them and if you have, what did/do you think of it? What makes you not to use one? Reason I'm asking these is because I've started my own BE and would like to know other webmasters views on the matter.

I'll give you my humble opinion on why I don't use banner exchange.

I have adsense ads on my site. Some of these ads are banner ads.

1. I don't what people to click on the Exchange Banner instead of the adsense banner.

2. adding to many ads and banners distracts people eye from your content and from the google ads aswell.

That's what I think..

I think it's better earning more clicks than getting a potentional large amount of visitor.. And any way they hardly every really give you any traffic.. (I've tried a few once..)
