It would help to explain what the site is about, since going there doesn't really explain a lot.

To make it more easy.. its a directory... not just any directory.. it has an impact as DMOZ. but.. its easy to be listed in zeal..

Just answer the quiz ... and if you passed then you can be an editor and you can submit your site..

The quiz is more on to test your editoring skills.. the higher you get the good editor youll be.

Try it !! and good luck 8)

Zeal powers Looksmarts non-commercial pages. Looksmart is not used much anymore however Zeal remains the best non commercial website there is. If you have a commercial site then you must submit via Looksmart.

Back links dont count for PR.

No I cant be 100% sure though PR very is unlikely it may still count towards a hidden back link. IMO the best run directory and in future could be powerful again depending on what happens to Looksmart.

PR does count in backlinks, but not much anymore.. after the bourbon update google does pay more attention to, but still.. it counts but not that much like it was before, this is because of the hijacking of PR was done by some webmaster.

boohlick what you meant to say that PR does not effect Search Engine Results as much as it used too. The value of PR is less when it comes to ramking becuase of IP count

Some back links have very little PR like Zeal and dont transfer any unless its less than PR1.
